My son Joe has been after me to put down the butter/pan sprays and switch to Coconut oil, he said dad it will help you in so many. Well, I have been subbing it in many of my cooking and even sprinkle some in my oatmeal and within a two-week period, I notice that I was starting to lean out, no more blotting and feel better overall. I would say give it a try but don’t go cheep, your worth the money and you’ll see the results, I did.
