General Information:
Our shipping hours are Monday, through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. All orders (except air filters, water filters, rebounders, and saunas) for delivery in the continental US are shipped via Fed Ex within 48 hours after they are received. (See below for Alaska, Hawaii, and APO orders)
Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
Large Product Shipping Rates:
Shipping is included in the price of all dropped shipped items.
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO Shipping:
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APOs are shipped via US Postal Service (airmail). Shipping rates vary and delivery time can take up to 2 weeks. To place an order for Alaska, Hawaii or in APO, please call 800.250.3063.
