Orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse via Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail. All orders (except air filters, water filters, rebounders, and saunas) for delivery in the continental US are shipped via Fed Ex within 48 hours after they are received. (See below for Alaska, Hawaii, and APO orders). Please Note: Fed Ex reserves the right to change any shipment from Ground to Home Delivery if it is under 70 lbs. This is not something that we are able to change.
Orders shipped via Priority Mail will usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Orders shipped via Fed Ex are delivered within 1-6 business days. This can be significant for orders traveling across the country when a weekend is involved.
The default shipping method is Fed Ex Ground. Should you require the order to ship in a different manner or would like express shipping, please contact Customer Service at 800-250-3063.

Large Product Shipping Rates:
Shipping is included in the price of all dropped shipped items.
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO Shipping:
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APOs are shipped via US Postal Service (airmail). Shipping rates vary and delivery time can take up to 2 weeks. To place an order for Alaska, Hawaii or in APO, please call 800-250-3063.
Shipping to Canada:
Due to significant changes in the scrutiny of packages by Customs, we have had several packages refused. As such, we find that we are no longer able to ship to Canada. You can purchase many of our products from Aussie Sea Minerals located in Canada (519-533-8869).
European Customs Departments are also scrutinizing packages from the U.S. more thoroughly than in the past. Due to this fact, we are unable to ship to most International Destinations. Please contact Customer Service either via email (email@example.com
) or phone 954-492-1324 to determine if we can ship to your country. Specific countries that we cannot ship to are: Germany, Austria, Sweden, Poland, and Spain.
USPS Priority Mail is our default carrier. Our shipping rates are based on USPS Priority non-guaranteed.Beyond Health makes no claims to be aware of specific requirements of the many national and local customs departments worldwide, and we cannot be held responsible should a customs department refuse to allow your order into your chosen destination country.
Customers are responsible for understanding any and all import policies pertaining to their country, for paying their country's import custom duties, and for understanding the unique postal regulations of the country to which they are requesting delivery. Should your package be refused by the customs department, Beyond Health will refund your credit card for undamaged products after they been returned to us.
