All orders (except air filters, water filters, rebounders, and saunas) for delivery in the continental US are shipped via UPS the day of operation they are received. (See below for Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders).
Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Rates are standard UPS rates.
Rates are for USA only. Please call 800.250.3063 for International rates. You will also need to call in orders that require faster shipments than posted below.
We recommend a maximum of 3 shipping days for heat-sensitive products. (See below for more details).
Air Filter, replacement filters, saunas, rebounders and rebounder handlebars have indivdual shipping rates that are lited on the product page.
International packages, as well as those being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, are shipped via US Postal Service (airmail). Shipping rates vary and delivery time can take up to 2 weeks. To place an international order, please call 415.459.2050 (from outside the US). To place an order for Alaska or Hawaii, please call 800.250.3063.
Some of our products (such as PERQUE Digesta Guard, Triple EFA, CoQ10; Unique E;and Udo's Choice) can be negatively effected by high temperatures when shipped in the summer months. We recommend a maximum of 3 shipping days for heat-sensitive products during summer months.
Beyond Health will accept returned products provided they are unopened and in re-salable condition. The products must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. There is a 15% restocking charge on all returned items. Call 800.250.3063 for product return authorization.
