Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date when return requirements are met.

Return Eligibility

  • Products may be opened or unopened and must be in good condition.

  • Only one opened unit per product may be returned.

  • Any additional units must be unopened and factory sealed.

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required

  • A Return Authorization (RA) Code is required before returning any product.

  • Returns sent without authorization will not be refunded.

  • Unauthorized returns may be shipped back to the customer at their expense or destroyed if not claimed within 7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

Shipping Address Restrictions

Returns are not accepted for products that:

  • Were shipped to freight forwarders or shipping companies

  • Were reshipped by a third party

  • Were shipped internationally

  • Were sent to an address different from the original order

All returns must originate from within the United States.

Freight Forwarders & International Orders

Orders shipped to freight forwarding companies or international destinations are final sale and not covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Once a package leaves the United States, Beyond Health is not responsible for loss, damage, or customs refusal.
