Benefits of Vitamin C in Fighting Off Winter Viruses

That means most of us will likely be hit by a variety of cold or flu viruses. However, just because we’re exposed to them does not mean we are destined to catch them. In fact, by strengthening our immune system, almost anyone can fight off seasonal viruses.
