Back to the Basics! The key is eating "fresh foods". A lifestyle of natural foods, nothing processed no preservatives, and no refined sugars, flour or processed oils. It’s the latest craze but unlike pop diets of the past, Beyond Health is smiling. This is no different than what Raymond Francis has been saying for years. It’s healthy eating.
